Sugar Free Cinnabon Cake
No one will guess that this decadent cake is sugar free and actually healthy because of the ingredients used.
Mix all the base ingredients together, with the exception of the butter. Add the melted butter last, and then pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
Combine all the topping ingredients together in a separate bowl. Mix well. Drop by tablespoon over the base, as evenly as you can over the entire base.
Take a butter knife and swirl the topping into the base.
Put in the 350 degree over and bake for 28-38 minutes. Do not overbake. Check it is done by using a toothpick in the center to test.
While cake is baking, prepare the glaze and set aside. Remove from the oven and glaze the cake while it is still warm. Spread glaze over the cake with a knife.
