Sugar Free Cinnabon Cake

Remember the Cinnabon® Bakeries at the mall? This is a wonderful sugar-free variation in a cake form.

Sugar Free Cinnabon Cake
No one will guess that this decadent cake is sugar free and actually healthy because of the ingredients used.
Ingredients
Base
- 3 cups Oat Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup White Monkfruit Sugar (Lakanto® Brand)
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1-1/2 cups Milk any kind
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Butter melted
Topping
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Brown Monkfruit Sugar (Lakanto® Brand)
- 2 tbsp Oat Flour
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Glaze
- 1 cup Powdered Monkfruit Sugar (Lakanto® Brand)
- 3 tbsp Milk any kind
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Watkins Cinnamon Oil
Instructions
- Mix all the base ingredients together, with the exception of the butter. Add the melted butter last, and then pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Combine all the topping ingredients together in a separate bowl. Mix well. Drop by tablespoon over the base, as evenly as you can over the entire base.
- Take a butter knife and swirl the topping into the base.
- Put in the 350 degree over and bake for 28-38 minutes. Do not overbake. Check it is done by using a toothpick in the center to test.
- While cake is baking, prepare the glaze and set aside. Remove from the oven and glaze the cake while it is still warm. Spread glaze over the cake with a knife.
