Remember the Cinnabon® Bakeries at the mall?  This is a wonderful sugar-free variation in a cake form.

Sugar Free Cinnabon Cake

No one will guess that this decadent cake is sugar free and actually healthy because of the ingredients used.

  • Mix all the base ingredients together, with the exception of the butter. Add the melted butter last, and then pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Combine all the topping ingredients together in a separate bowl. Mix well. Drop by tablespoon over the base, as evenly as you can over the entire base.
  • Take a butter knife and swirl the topping into the base.
  • Put in the 350 degree over and bake for 28-38 minutes. Do not overbake. Check it is done by using a toothpick in the center to test.
  • While cake is baking, prepare the glaze and set aside. Remove from the oven and glaze the cake while it is still warm. Spread glaze over the cake with a knife.
