Sugar Free Oatmeal Pecan Pie

Pecan pie without the sugar—what a concept. This pie will have your guests asking for a second piece. It is gooey and delicious.

Sugar Free Oatmeal Pecan Pie
This pie has a surprise twist by using a store-bought graham cracker crust. It is a party with every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 Unbaked graham cracker crust
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Butter Softened
- 2/3 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
- 2/3 cup Milk any kind
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2/3 cup White Monkfruit Sugar (Lakanto® Brand)
- 1 cup Brown Monkfruit Sugar (Lakanto® Brand)
- 1/2 cup Pecan Pieces
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl thoroughly stirring with a large spoon.
- Pour into an unbaked graham cracker crust.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes. The center of the pie should look cooked but still gooey.
- Allow the pie to cool before you slice it.
