Sugar-Free No Egg Chocolate Fudge Cake

This sugar-free cake is laced with chocolate fudge. Eat it warm or cold, topped or plain, you will not be disappointed.

Sugar-Free No Egg Chocolate Fudge Cake
There is a surprise in this cake, and it is the chocolate fudge sitting on the bottom. How could anything be this good and be sugar free? You don’t have to sacrifice taste for your health.
Ingredients
Step 1
- 2 tbsp MCT Oil
- 3/4 cup White Monkfruit Sugar (Lakanto® Brand) or PureCane.com White Natural Sweetener
- 1/2 cup Milk of Your Choice Canned Coconut Milk is Usually Sugar-Free
- 1 cup Flour of Your Choice I Prefer Oat Flour Because It Is Silky Smooth
- 1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Step 2
- 3/4 cup Brown Monkfruit Sugar (Lakanto® Brand) or PureCane.com Natural Sweetener
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1-1/4 cup Boiling Water
Instructions
- Put all of the Step 1 ingredients into a bowl and mix with a spoon until smooth.
- Pour mixture into an un-greased 8x8 cake pan.
- Mix Step 2 ingredients together in a bowl. Then sprinkle these dry ingredients on top of the batter mixture. Do not stir.
- Pour boiling water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- As you take the cake out of the oven, you will discover that the cake is on top and thick fudge sauce is hiding on the bottom. What a great surprise! Serve warm or cold with any topping or not of your choice.
