Sugar Free Lemon Pie


What’s a better way to start the summer than a refreshing and zesty lemon pie?! This sugar free take on a traditional lemon pie will give you that sweet and tart taste you enjoy.

Sugar Free Lemon Pie

This lemon pie is creamy and sweet with just a little tart undertone. Simple to make and delicious to eat.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs with coconut milk, and lemon juice (use a whisk).
  • Add Monkfruit slowly and whisk until completely dissolved.
  • Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and bake 35-45 minutes or until middle is set.
  • Let cool and then refrigerate.


The pie recipe shown uses a prepared pie crusts which contains a small amount of sugar per each piece of pie. The filling for for the pie is sugar free.
