What would be better than to have a low carb sausage, egg, broccoli casserole that is as good for breakfast as for supper.

Low Carb Sausage, Egg, Broccoli Casserole
If you are having a big crowd over, this casserole will be a hit. It is easy to make and beautiful when plated.
Ingredients
- 10 Breakfast Link Sausages Cooked & Cut Into Pieces
- 1-2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 12 Large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk Any Kind (I Use Canned Coconut)
- 1+ cup Cheese Cut in Chunks
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2-3 cup Frozen Broccoli Florets Optional
Instructions
- Crack all eggs into a large bowl and whisk until mixed.
- Add sausage pieces, and all other ingredients. Mix together thoroughly.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish or pan.
- Bake for approximately 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees or until eggs are set.
- Cut into squares after it sits about 5 minutes.
