February 2023 Devotional

We have all met people who have had a hard upbringing or been abused in some way in their lives.  Sometimes they suffer in silence, and sometimes they act out to alleviate the tension that these hurtful acts have caused.  You can be 80 years old and still suffering from something that happened when you were 8 years old.  God has the answer for you. 

“The Lord is a place of safety for those who have been treated badly.  He keeps them safe in times of trouble.” Psalm 9:9 (NlrV)
