  • In a saucepan, heat 2 cups coconut milk and the cinnamon until it is hot and ready.
  • In a bowl mix together Monkfruit sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt. Blend into this mixture the remaining ¾ cup coconut milk and stir together until smooth.
  • Stir this mixture into the saucepan of hot coconut milk. Stir constantly over medium heat until boiling.
  • Change to low temperature and cook 1-2 minutes stirring constantly.
  • Pour into serving dishes and chill.
