August 2021 Devotional

If you have ever experienced a difficult day, you know that it can set the tone for many days following. We feel unloved and unappreciated, but there is good news in the Bible.

“The Lord appeared to us in the past. He said, I have loved you with a love that lasts forever. I have kept on loving you with a kindness that never fails.”
Jeremiah 31:3 (NIrV)

I like to sit quietly and think of the times in my past I felt God helping me through a difficult day, month, or year and thank Him for that help. A grateful heart makes a cheerful heart. When you feel unloved, remember the God who created you with your special abilities and talent is on your side and loving you with a kindness that reaches to eternity.
